Welcome the Warmth is funded by the Government’s Home Upgrade Grant (HUG) Phase 2 scheme, administered by the Government’s Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), to offer funding to provide energy efficiency upgrades and low carbon heating to qualifying off-gas homes.
